Whether you're a total newbie, senior, or experienced gym goer and just want some motivation I've got you covered! Encouraging a positive atmosphere, my classes are always different, challenging but not overly complex. If you have injuries or limitations no problem, happy to provide alternative exercises.

Bookings are required, and covid-safety limitations on maximum participants are strictly adhered to. You must be a Club Lime member to participate, but if you are interested in a trial session contact Club Lime on 131-244

Stephen Hogan

Hey! I'm Stephen. I do a bunch of things, as well as being a certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor!

I love teaching group classes to enthusiastic people keen to improve their balance, strength, and cardio fitness.

I was never an athletic kid, my passion for fitness came well in to my adulthood, so I understand it can be overwhelming. I aim to provide a safe and comfortable training experience for all clients, no matter their skill and experience.
